Your portfolio, research and market context—on iPhone, iPad, your Home Screen and Apple Watch.

Include your device model, iOS or watchOS version, StockPilot version, what you expected to happen, and what happened instead. An optional screenshot can help; hide balances and personal details you do not want to share. Never send your Apple password, brokerage login, API key or research connection credential. StockPilot support will not ask for those secrets.

Research

Enter a valid stock or ETF ticker and choose Run research. A written question is optional. Premium includes Brief research. You can use other tabs while a report runs and return to Research to check its progress. Completed reports appear in your research library. A delay is not evidence of a completed report.

Premium research requires an eligible active subscription, an available service connection and an included report available. Your remaining reports appear in Research. If access is missing after purchase, use Restore purchases, then retry the research connection. Send support the ticker, approximate start time and visible error message if the problem continues.

A failed report restores your allowance. Canceling a running report uses the included report because research work may already have started. Unused reports do not roll over. Check your balance before starting another report.

Home Screen widgets

Add StockPilot from the iPhone or iPad widget gallery. Choose the size that fits your Home Screen. The widget requests updates automatically, and Apple decides when those background updates run. Open StockPilot to refresh current data if the widget is behind, then check the displayed update time. Automatic refresh does not mean a continuously streaming quote feed.

Apple Watch and complications

Install the companion through the Watch app on your paired iPhone. Open StockPilot on both devices and review Watch sharing in StockPilot's settings. A compatible Watch face can show StockPilot's portfolio complication; available positions depend on the face. Tapping it opens the Watch app. The Watch can show the latest shared information even when a newer phone update has not yet arrived.

Premium and purchases

Use Restore purchases with the Apple account that purchased Premium. To manage or cancel an Apple subscription, open Settings on your iPhone, choose your name, then Subscriptions. Apple determines available introductory offers and handles payment and refund requests. The displayed local price and Apple's confirmation describe the current purchase.

Portfolio and data coverage

StockPilot supports manual holdings. Brokerage connection controls require a separately configured supported service; a working connection is not promised by the presence of those controls. Portfolio Risk Lab requires sufficient shared historical data and supports up to 40 USD positions. An unavailable analysis means required data was missing; it should not be treated as a zero-risk result.

Quotes and news can be delayed or unavailable. StockPilot currently focuses on U.S. stocks and ETFs and presents its interface in English. Research and historical illustrations are informational and do not guarantee future performance.
