StockPilot Premium Subscription Terms

StockPilot Premium is an auto-renewable monthly subscription. Premium includes Portfolio Risk Lab and the research allowance shown with the membership offer. The current local price, billing period, allowance and any eligible introductory offer must be shown before purchase. Apple's purchase confirmation controls the payment terms.

Included research

Each accepted Brief request uses one included report. Your remaining reports and renewal date are shown in the app. Failed reports restore your allowance; canceling after a run starts uses the report. Unused reports expire at the end of the applicable period and do not roll over or have cash value. Paid renewal opens a new three-report period. A grace period continues the existing balance rather than granting another allowance. No separate report purchase is needed.

Paid membership includes 3 sourced Brief reports per subscription month. An eligible free trial includes 1 Brief report. The U.S. price remains $1.99/month; localized prices appear in the app and Apple purchase confirmation. Portfolio Risk Lab does not consume your research allowance. Research depends on network access, source availability, supported service regions and operational limits. StockPilot checks research availability before purchase and again before starting public research. New purchases are unavailable while the included research service cannot be confirmed for the current region.

Payment, renewal and cancellation

Apple charges your Apple account. Unless you cancel, the subscription renews under the terms shown by Apple. Manage or cancel in your Apple account's subscription settings. Deleting StockPilot does not cancel a subscription. Restore purchases is available in the app. Apple manages billing disputes and refund requests.

Introductory offers apply only when Apple determines that you are eligible. A free trial, where offered, converts to the subscription shown in Apple's purchase confirmation unless canceled under Apple's terms. Do not assume a trial is available on every account.

Research limitations

Premium provides research tools and historical analysis, not brokerage services, trade execution or a promise of returns. Historical results, correlations and hypothetical scenarios are not forecasts. Research can be incomplete or incorrect; review cited sources before making decisions.
